Rocksea Barn Self Catering Booking conditions:
Please note that the accommodation is “No Smoking”
1. 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance to be paid 28 days before the arrival date.
2. Where bookings are made within 28 days of your arrival date the full amount is required with your booking.
3. Any cancellation must be notified in writing as soon as possible and unfortunately deposits are not refundable. In cases where the 75% balance has already been paid this will be refunded only if we manage to re-let the property.
(We highly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance).
4. If the balance is not received 28 days before the due date, then we will treat the booking as cancelled and re-let the property.
5. You agree to keep the property and effects in the same state of repair as you find them and to pay for any damage or loss to the property.
6. We respectfully request you leave the property in the condition that you found it.
7. Car parking for a maximum of 4 cars.
8. Keys available from 4pm – 8pm on your arrival day, and request vacation by 10am.

This accommodation sleeps up to 8 people.
Towels are available to hire at an extra cost of £10 per group for a week-one hand towel and bath towel per person. Please bring your own beach towels.
Booking Procedure
1. Contact us by letter, phone or email and let us know which week (s) you would like to reserve.
Check our tariff page for availability – please note that there may be a delay between booking and dates becoming unavailable on our website
2. We will confirm the price and availability and then reserve the week(s) you have requested as soon as your deposit of 25% is received.
3. The remaining balance will be due 28 days before your arrival date.
Rocksea Barn Self Catering Accommodation is available all year round
Rocksea Barn is available Saturday to Saturday.
Please note that you will be able to collect your keys from 4pm on your Arrival day until 8pm, if you are likely to arrive later than 8pm, please contact us before hand to arrange.
Please vacate the property by Saturday 10.00am on your exit day.
