Rocksea Barn Self Catering, Access arrangements:
Rocksea Barn is ½ mile from the A39 between Wadebridge and St.Kew Highway, The nearest train station is Bodmin Parkway which is approximately 25 minutes by car. The nearest bus station is in Wadebridge – 1 ½ miles away by car.
There is off road parking for four cars, two spaces are close to the barn for easy loading/unloading. The road surfaces around the barn are concrete and the surface for two of the parking spaces is granite chippings.
The front entrance has a stone step, then a level slab and then a step into the large front door (approx 98cm width by 210 cm high) which opens onto the large entrance hall.
The front of the barn is on a slight incline but the back of the barn is level and access can also be made here by the large patio doors- (entrance approx 11cm wide by 210cm high) into the lounge.
At the back of the house there is also a large level lawn and level patio with stone slabs. The front entrance has sensor lighting and there is additional solar lighting outside near the parking area.
The ground floor is level and has natural stone flooring with rugs. There are eleven steps to the first floor (with two small landings) – each step approx 21cm high. The first floor is level and there is oak flooring throughout. In the upstairs bathroom the shower has a small step into the shower.
